RGU CompSoc

Robert Gordon University Computer Society

Monday 25th April 2011, Aberdeen Holiday Plans

The society is planning on taking a trip to the area in and around Aviemore. The idea is to meet up at the Woolmanhill roundabout at 08:00 so that we are all ready to depart in the RGU Minibus at 08:15. All going well we should arrive at our destination sometime around 11:00, stopping halfway in Keith. It is envisaged that we should be back in Aberdeen for around 20:00. Follow this link to the general route map.

Some of the initial plans are to take in some walks in particular around Loch Morlich and Loch an Eilein which is quite picturesque because of a castle situated on an island within the Loch. We will probably find a few hills around the area to hike up as well.
